Tourbillon
After the ultralight series our knowledge of carbon-PET and 3D printing opens up some possibilities. We were able to print extremely complexe parts such as a tourbillon cage.
We created this BIGBOY tourbillon concept watch in order to realize the crazy idea of making the largest tourbillon ever mounted in a watch.

By taking design, construction and manufacturing processes to the extreme, We were able to achieve a tourbillon of 32mm in diameter.
To make such a cage rotate we had to make it extremely light thanks our 3D printing technology we achieved to produce a cage which weights only 0,53 grams.
